19" Rack Mount Cases

The case is constructed from 9mm laminated birch ply. Edges and corners of our flightcases are strengthened by our own special aluminium extrusions, which encase both the external and internal faces of the timber edge. Additionally, the corner box-section of the extrusion incorporates bracing for maximum strength and to prevent folding under pressure. External faces are rounded for improved handling. Finished in a very tough textured laminate and fitted out with heavy duty components for handles, catches and wheels.

Internal frames are constructed from 16g mild steel box section, powder coated black. Frames ride on 20mm Shockmounts and are padded with foam in the corners. This provides strength and protection for components.

Rackstrip is fitted to both the front and the rear of the case and at a depth required within the case to attach heavy components such as amplifiers at the rear.

Our 19" Rack Mount Cases come with standard rack strip or Sigma 19" wide frames mounted to the inside of the case with 20mm shock mounts tapped or bolted into each frame where required.
Each of our racks can be made to any height from 1U up to 22U but exceptions have been made to make larger if needed.

The depth of the rack is dependent on the contents so thats up to you.
The doors have a number of options including butterfly catches using our custom 13mm male / female location or overlatch catches using our custom 10mm doormaker extrusion.

The choice would depend on how much space would be needed at the front and rear...... i.e cabling remaining patched or large connectors or ariels at the front.
