Computer Assisted Manufacturing and Facilities

We have recently expanded Sigma Fabrications manufacturing capability at our Redditch (UK) headquarters. We have invested in additional machining equipment, so we can increase both quality and production output.  We have brought as many processes as possible 'in house' and can now make a range of products from design to completed product.

At the heart of our woodwork department are two SCM Pratix CAD/CAM routers with nine head tool changers.

These CNC (Computer Numeric Control) machines are programmed to create millimetre perfect wood panels for our products and ensure that case designs are reproduced exactly. It can machine handle holes, catch holes, rebates - indeed any cutting and routing required.

We also have a two tonne laminating press that can produce an unlimited range of surface finishes. along with paint and glue spraybooths. A screen printing facility enables us to brand your case in any colour and size.

MIG and TIG welding equipment for steel and aluminium is located in a separate area of our extensive workshop.

The whole manufacturing facility has been laid out for ease of access and storage, helping to make production more efficient.
