Flight Case Range

Our Flight Case range are laminated ply wood cases made using 9mm, 12mm or 15mm timber, depending on the size weight and  protection required.

Timber panels are cut to perfect size on a CNC machine, then riveted using our custom 10mm angle extrusion, to provide a very strong sturdy product.

Once the case shell is assembled a custom male and female location extrusion is cut and fitted to panels that will join. This patented edge extrusion with its distinctive rounded front edge has been designed to improve handling and also provides a more stylish finish.

It can be used on hinged edges with the matching edge able to swivel freely within the extrusion. We use a 5mm radius on all angle extrusions. All our extrusions feature rivet recesses.

Heavy duty catches are now attached, along with other fittings - case name plates, handles and any other accessories. Wheels, wheels plates, wheels dishes, fan slots etc. are added as required.

Any internal panels are now fitted, together with metal work, carpet or foaming that may be needed.  After cleaning the case it is inspected, QC'ed then despatched. to the customer.
