19" Rack Mount Cases

CLICK PIC TO VIEW TOURING 19" RACK CASEThis Touring case rack is one of a series of racks in the case range – built to protect your 19” equipment. This series is distinctive because of the hard-wearing carpet-covered finish.

Our most common carpet racks are 10u,14u and 22u.

But we could in theory manufacture a carpet rack from 2u all the way up to 40u if required.

They are made using the standard procedure (see ABOUT TOURING CASES) and normally consist of 3 parts.

The main section where the rackstrip/powdercoated steel or aluminium frame is located to hold the units in the rack. There are strips of foam down each side of this section to help locate the frame and also protect it when it is in transit.

There is a back section which is normally where the castors and fan slot are located.

And a 15mm ply carpet covered lid which is sprayed black underneath and is held in place using velcro that is attached to aluminium angle bolted into the main section, the lid is removed via 2 x tabs that are routered into the underneath side of the panel. This is normally where you can find the tour label on this style of case also.
