We do a 30" and a 45" carpet covered trunk. Again they are assembaled the standard way cut out on the cnc, Built using staples, screws, and pva glue etc.

They are made up of one main section with 4 x castors on the base, 4 x 8mm skids each end, 4 x snapback handles (2 at each end) and 2 x Overlatch catches on the front section that lock into the doormaker extrusion on the front of the hinge lid.

This locates into SSE 10mm Male extrusion that is placed along the top front edge of the main section. (the ply is routed down here 3mm to allow for this)

The hinged lid is carpet covered 15mm ply with a nameplate and a handle in the centre for ease of opening.The front of the lid is also routered down here by approx 3mm underneath to allow for SSE 10mm Doormaker extrusion to fitted.

Inside the case there is the option to have removable partitions and or a tray for extra stowage space. The partitions are made from 9mm wood and locate down slots routed into 12mm ply strips that are glued and screwed to the side of the case. There is also the option to customize the partitions by stenciling/routing out company logo's etc into the panels. There is also a beer crate style handle cut out in each of these partitions.

We could also do a case using butterfly catches this would have a deeper lid and use our male/female 13mm location all round and have two butterfly catches on the front and 2 x lid stays on the rear with hinge. Both styles of case are fitted with 4 x heavy duty castors (braked if required).
